El Poder Ejecutivo aprob\u00f3 el decreto en el cual se permite que las asambleas y reuniones de las diferentes comisiones de las cooperativas, se realicen de forma presencial, semipresencial o a distancia.<\/p>\n

El funcionamiento deber\u00e1 regularse en el estatuto o reglamentos internos. Para ello se prev\u00e9, para los dos primeros a\u00f1os de vigencia del decreto,\u00a0que el Consejo Directivo disponga de un reglamento transitorio con anuencia de la Comisi\u00f3n Fiscal.<\/p>\n

De esta forma se actualiza la reglamentaci\u00f3n para que las cooperativas y organizaciones del sector puedan actuar en el actual contexto de uso cotidiano de las tecnolog\u00edas de informaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
