Inacoop comunica que las cooperativas dispondr\u00e1n de 67 d\u00edas m\u00e1s para realizar su Asamblea Ordinaria. Aquellas cuyo ejercicio cerr\u00f3 al 31\/12\/2020, dispondr\u00e1n hasta el 03 de setiembre del presente a\u00f1o para realizarla.<\/p>\n

Fundamentaci\u00f3n legal:<\/p>\n

Por Acordadas de la Suprema Corte de Justicia (N\u00b0 8105, 8106, 8109, 8110) los plazos fueron suspendidos desde 25-3 al 30-5-2021.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo a lo dispuesto por el Art\u00edculo 3 de la Ley 18.407 se aplica en forma supletoria, en lo no previsto y en cuanto sean compatibles las disposiciones de la Ley 16.060, \u00e9sta norma indica en su Art\u00edculo 514 que los plazos se suspender\u00e1n durante la Semana de Turismo y las Ferias Judiciales.<\/p>\n

El plazo para presentar la Declaraci\u00f3n Jurada de Prestaci\u00f3n Coactiva ante INACOOP, se mantiene incambiado.<\/p>\n
