Con la idea de querer posibilitar que los y las j\u00f3venes se capaciten para trabajar en sistemas coooperativos, promoviendo la inserci\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes en un modelo de empresa de trabajo social y cooperativo.<\/p>\n

El diplomado tiene como objetivo contribuir a la preparaci\u00f3n de dirigentes conscientes, inspiradorxs y pr\u00e1cticxs, bajo un enfoque de Liderazgo Transformador y Responsable; centradxs en la gesti\u00f3n emocional, la toma de conciencia, la responsabilidad, la sostenibilidad y la gesti\u00f3n del cambio.<\/p>\n

El curso ser\u00e1 dictado por el Instituto IDC, est\u00e1 planificado en tres m\u00f3dulos de 4 semanas de duraci\u00f3n cada uno en la modalidad Virtual.<\/p>\n
